2. What We Provide

GovCon Contacts is a searchable database of federal contracting officers and procurement history, aggregated from public government sources.

3. Permitted Use

Use this data for legitimate business purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the data for harassment, spam, or illegal activities
Scrape or bulk download using automated tools
Resell or redistribute the data
Share your login credentials

4. Data Accuracy

Data is provided "as is" from public records. Government personnel change frequently, so we can't guarantee every contact is current. We update daily from official sources.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancel anytime by contacting support. Access continues until the end of your billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the service or relying on the data.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Delaware law.
